What You'll Do

As a Branch Manager, you will lead the success of your assigned NRC branch. You’ll oversee all day-to-day operations, mentor your team, and ensure seamless delivery of residential roofing projects — from first knock to final inspection.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales, production, and support teams at the branch level
• Drive sales growth and help your team meet revenue goals
• Oversee project scheduling, materials, and quality control
• Ensure every job is tracked accurately in JobNimbus (CRM/project management system)
• Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues
• Serve as a vital communication link between your team and NRC HQ
• Monitor team performance and implement training as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Roofing or construction experience required
• Familiarity with CRMs or job tracking software like JobNimbus is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Must be highly professional and aligned with NRC’s core values
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license required

Pay & Benefits

Base Salary:

• $62,000–$70,000 depending on experience

Performance Bonus:

• Paid quarterly based on monthly gross branch revenue:
• 1% at $250K
• 1.5% at $500K
• 2% at $1M+

Vehicle Perk:

• $500/month vehicle allowance until a company vehicle is assigned
