A rare opportunity exists to lead Penske New Zealand's flagship Tauranga Branch and play a key role in the continued growth of the business. Reporting directly to the General Manager - New Zealand and contributing to the New Zealand Senior Leadership Team, the Branch Manager will have overall responsibility for a complex, multi-functional operation encompassing service, parts, sales and engineering.

The role is responsible for delivering sustainable growth, profitability, operational excellence and outstanding customer outcomes across the branch. It will also support Penske's dealer network throughout the North Island from Hamilton South, strengthening customer relationships and identifying new opportunities across on-highway trucking, off-highway heavy equipment, marine, power systems, Defence and other industrial markets.

Reporting directly to the General Manager - New Zealand and forming part of the senior leadership team, you will lead our flagship Tauranga branch, leveraging world-class facilities, an experienced team, and a respected global brand to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and commercial performance.

· Driving business growth by leveraging your established industry networks to identify and secure new opportunities within existing and emerging markets.

• Strengthening customer partnerships and enhancing market presence.

About You:

You are a commercially astute and people-focused leader who thrives in complex operational environments. You will bring:

• Proven success in a Branch Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong networks and credibility within the on-highway and/or off-highway industries.
• Demonstrated experience achieving sales, profitability, and business growth targets.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution.
