Branch Manager Trainee

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience
• Professional communication and writing skills and problem resolution experience
• Must be at least 25 and have a valid G class driver's license with an excellent driving record
• Must not have any criminal record
• Must provide driver's abstract and police report prior to the interview
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to manage stressful or unusual situations to maintain good customer service and a healthy operation
• Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work 44 hours per week including 2 Saturdays a month
• Must be willing to wear company uniforms
• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus

Role and Responsibilities:

• Organize and conduct sales calls by email, phone, and in person to generate new businesses
• Increase branch revenue and market share
• Increase customer service satisfaction and online ratings of the location
• Maintain and enhance operational efficiencies
• Handle and assist in the resolution of customer service issues
• Support a team environment by assisting other agents, locations and/or other areas when needed
• Prepare reports and document daily work activities
• Promote and sell coverage and upgrades (additional insurance, GPS, rental car upgrades, etc.)
• Track and maintain daily inventory both physical and computerized

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary of minimum $45,000 plus lucrative commission and incentives
• Full training to learn the in and out of the business
