- Drive and lead sales team to achieve sales targets set by the company
- Branch daily operational and administrative activities.
- Lead, motivate and supervise the sales and services team, manage staff productivity and discipline.
- Planning and execution of Company’s business plan.
- Drive and improve branch performance in terms of sales revenue, markets share and profitability.
- Recruit and train a team of salesperson.
- Monitors the performance of the sales team.
- Manage the branch inventory, boutique and sales processing.
- Managing customer satisfaction to desired company standards.
- Produce monthly sales reports and attend Management meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company processes and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure)
