Branch Manger

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Manager to lead daily store operations, manage team performance, drive sales growth, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient business activities.
• Lead, motivate, train, and supervise team members to achieve company goals.
• Monitor and achieve monthly sales targets while identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate stock records.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor employee performance, discipline, productivity, and teamwork.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports for management review.
• Ensure all employees follow company policies, procedures, and operational standards (SOPs).
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase branch efficiency and profitability.

About you

• Previous experience in retail store or branch management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions.
• Honest, responsible, disciplined, and proactive.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn, improve, and grow with the company.
• Knowledge of automotive spare parts will be an added advantage.
