About the role

Sales position responsible for promoting products under PT. UDM Group and its subsidiaries, obtaining RFQs and purchase requests from customers, and achieving planned sales targets within assigned areas such as PLN, Oil & Gas Upstream, and EPC.

Key responsibilities

• Promote products under PT. UDM Group and subsidiaries, and obtain RFQs/purchase requests from customers to achieve sales targets
• Create annual sales planning for all products under PT. UDM Group for assigned areas and submit by November-December
• Execute and regularly evaluate sales performance with Area Sales Manager or supervisor
• Study and understand product knowledge and conduct product introductions to customers verbally and through presentations
• Attend weekly meetings with sales team
• Prepare weekly reports containing number of RFQs received, summary of quotations offered with status, customer visit results, and plan for next week's activities
• Maintain and improve relationships with existing UDM customers and seek new customers for company sales growth through regular visits independently or with Product Sales Engineer
• Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• Assist Finance & Accounting department in collecting difficult customer payments for sold products and services
• Complete other related tasks assigned by supervisor
