About the role
As a Branch Operation Associate at Winterpine Marketing Corporation, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our satellite office/operations in Cordon, Isabela. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to develop their skills in a dynamic and growing sales-focused organization, directly serving our regional market and partners.

Note: Applicants based in Isabela or those 100% ready to relocate to Cordon and nearby areas are highly preferred.

What you'll be doing

• Provide administrative and logistical support to the regional sales team, ensuring smooth and efficient branch operations.
• Coordinate and assist with local client meetings, presentations, and other sales-related events.
• Handle incoming inquiries and provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders/dealership partners.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales activities, inventories, and client information.
• Support the implementation of sales strategies and marketing initiatives as directed by the management team.
• Contribute to the overall growth, presence, and success of the Winterpine Marketing Corporation branch in the Isabela region.

What we're looking for

• Location requirement: Must be currently residing in Isabela OR 100% willing to relocate/be permanently assigned to Cordon, Isabela (or nearby areas).
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar sales operations, administration, or customer service role (experience in marketing, advertising, or the automotive accessory industry is a plus).
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other common business software.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and contribute to the growth of the organization.
