About the Role:

To support our continuous growth and team expansion, we are seeking a positive energy, passionate, and goal-oriented Branch Operation Manager with high integrity and proven leadership. You will manage daily operations, staff scheduling, and booking workflows while ensuring full compliance with company policies. Working alongside your team, you will continuously enhance service quality to foster long-term client loyalty. With outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, you will drive high team morale, cultivate a healthy work environment, and lead the branch toward achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily branch operations to ensure top-quality standards.
• Work closely with the team to continuously elevate customer satisfaction and service standards, ensuring customer needs and inquiries are handled with empathy and professionalism to maintain long-term relationships.
• Foster team spirit and a positive atmosphere using strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Execute company policies and effectively cascade key updates and guidelines to the team.
• Manage customer bookings and staff scheduling to optimize workflow and jointly drive sales growth with the team.
• Review operational procedures regularly and lead the team to hit and exceed sales targets.
• Proactively review operations, recommend enhancements, and lead implementation to drive continuous operational efficiency across the branch.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven branch management experience in front-line, service, wellness, medical, or high-end retail sectors.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A cheerful and passionate leader with positive energy, strong integrity, proactive mindset, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Proficient in branch operations, booking management, human resource optimization, and goal-oriented management.
• Good command of computer skills.

• 執行並向團隊傳達公司政策，確保分店營運達到最高標準。
• 管理客人預約與人手分配安排，優化營運流程，與團隊協助推動業績增長。
• 定期檢討營運程序，帶領團隊達致公司訂立的目標。
• 主動審視及提出建議並協助落實優化以持續提升分店整體營運效能。

職位要求：

• 具備 3 年或以上卓越的前線、服務、護理、健康保健、醫療或高端零售服務業之分店營運管理經驗。
• 具備出色的團隊管理、人際溝通技巧及應變能力。
• 開朗積極、正能量、正直、主動、熱情及有責任感。
• 熟悉店鋪日常營運及人力資源發揮達到企業指標。
• 熟悉電腦操作。
