Branch Operation Executive Job Description

Position: Branch Operation Executive
Department: Operations
Location: Branch Office
Reports To: Branch Manager / Operations Head

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all activities
• Manage student walk-ins, inquiries, documentation, and application processing (for education consultancy setups)
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and fee submissions
• Coordinate with universities, partner agencies, and internal departments for updates and workflow
• Assist in pre-departure support, visa file preparation, and travel coordination
• Ensure timely communication with students and parents regarding process updates
• Oversee branch inventory, office supplies, and basic administrative duties
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly MIS reports to management
• Support the Branch Manager in target achievement and team coordination
• Ensure the branch follows all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, admin, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM, email drafting, and document handling
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines
• Professional, organized, and responsible attitude
