Branch Operations Executive

1. Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, website, EDM, and paid media channels.
2. Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and approvals with relevant internal stakeholders.
3. Assist in the setup and deployment of campaign materials across different digital platforms.
4. Update website content such as banners, landing page copy, course highlights, and promotional information.
5. Assist in creating and sending EDMs/newsletters for campaigns and announcements.
6. Ensure content published on digital platforms is accurate, timely, and aligned with campaign objectives.
7. Monitor content and campaign performance across social media, email, and website channels.
8. Compile basic reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, clicks, leads, and conversions.
9. Identify content and campaign improvement opportunities based on performance results.
10. Ambassador for partner temple
11. Oversee daily operation requirement, ensuring smooth experience for visitors and agent partners.
12. Ensures premises are maintained adequately and meet both operating requirement and standards.
13. Prepare and provide ceremonial services to columbarium user in a warm and friendly manner in accordance with temple service requirement.
14. Good product knowledge is essential to ensure good/suitable recommendation is provided to all visitor, in a sensitive and personalized manner.

Key Requirements:

• 5 days’ work week / Must be willing to work on Weekend/Public Holiday on a rotation basis

• A confident and effective team player; able to work independently and under pressure

• Strong communication skills required (English / Chinese). We are seeking candidates proficient in Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients.

• Ensure a positive client experience by following-up and resolving customer service-related issues in an appropriate and timely manner

• Meeting and maintaining high level of frontline service
