Branch Operations Head

Job Summary

The Operations Head will be responsible for managing and monitoring the overall day-to-day operations of the institute. The role involves coordinating with Sales, Counselling, Centre Coordination, Technical, Placement, and other departments to ensure smooth operations, achieve business targets, and maintain service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the overall operations of the assigned brand/centre.
• Coordinate with Sales, Counselling, Centre Coordinator, Technical, and Placement teams.
• Set departmental targets and regularly evaluate employee performance.
• Monitor sales performance, student registrations, collections, training delivery, and placements.
• Ensure proper coordination between departments and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Identify operational issues and take immediate corrective action.
• Monitor student satisfaction, complaints, feedback, and issue resolution.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, processes, attendance, and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and submit reports to management.
• Track KPIs and ensure departments achieve their respective targets.
• Maintain proper documentation and operational reports.
• Implement management decisions and ensure effective execution at the ground level.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to management.
• Maintain discipline, accountability, and professional standards across teams.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, education/training, or a similar managerial role.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
