JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in branch operations, sales, finance, and team supervision.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and people management skills.
• Knowledgeable in sales strategies, budgeting, credit and collection, and inventory control.
• Skilled in business planning, sales target achievement, profitability, and expense management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.
• Knowledgeable in business permits, company policies, and safety standards.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular branch and customer visits.
• High integrity, accountability, and commitment to company goals.
