About the role

Working closely with the Branch Manager, this is a varied, hands-on role with a focus on operational priorities, strong commitment to customer service, ensuring people have the information, resources and support they need whilst maintaining high levels of service and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day coordination of branch operations
• Help set priorities and keep operational activities moving
• Act as a key point of contact between Sales, Service and the Workshop
• Support Sales with regards to vehicle preparation for customer appointments, demonstrations and handovers
• Ensure the right parts, vehicles and resources are available at the right time
• Coordinate branch supplies, facilities, and site requirements
• Identify operational bottlenecks and take the lead in resolving or escalating them
• Promote clear communication, accountability and effective handovers across the branch
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm parts, component specifications and suitable alternatives
• Deliver excellent service and practical support to our customers

• Highly organised, naturally takes ownership coordinating priorities with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working with vehicles, parts and technical information
• Strong organisational, planning and follow-up skills
• A practical, solution-focused approach
• Confidence taking ownership and coordinating competing priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
• The ability to build effective relationships with customers, technicians, suppliers and internal teams
• Initiative and the confidence to identify and address operational issues
• A full New Zealand driver licence
