Branch Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient cash handling, customer service, and security.
• Oversee teller operations, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and transactions processing.
• Authorize loans and other financial products for customers while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Supervise a team of staff members to achieve sales targets and improve overall branch performance.

Job Requirements :

• 4-8 years of experience in branch banking or related field.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, authorizations, cashier activities, and teller operations.
• Proven track record in managing teams to achieve sales goals and improve operational efficiency.
