Branch Operations Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Management, Agriculture, or related field.
• Preferably at least 5 years of experience in the sugar industry.
• Experience in sugar trading, procurement, logistics, or mill operations.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge and network within the sugar industry is a distinct advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall branch operations, finance, procurement, and logistics.
• Oversee sugar purchasing, bidding, hauling, delivery, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SRA, and other regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with sugar mills, traders, SRA, haulers, and other industry partners.
• Develop buyer networks and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor sugar prices, market trends, and industry developments.
• Lead branch personnel and coordinate with Head Office.
