Branch Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations and administration.
• Coordinate and support the sales team to achieve branch targets.
• Monitor leads, sales activities, orders, customer follow-ups, and collections.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS and branch performance reports.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Logistics, HR, and other departments.
• Handle customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and operational discipline.
• Ensure company processes, policies, and SOPs are followed.
• Identify operational issues and take corrective action.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
