Branch Operations Officer

BOF, Inc. is looking for a proactive and results-driven Branch Operations Officer to oversee and strengthen the daily operations of one of our SBUs. This role is ideal for a banking professional who can balance operational control, people leadership, client relationship management, and business growth while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth branch operations, maintaining excellent client service standards, supporting business development initiatives, and leading branch personnel toward operational and financial targets.

What You’ll Own

• Leadership and supervision of the branch’s daily operations and SBU personnel
• Ensuring compliance with Bank policies, BSP regulations, and operational procedures
• Monitoring and maintaining smooth branch operations while delivering excellent customer service
• Marketing and growing the branch’s d eposit portfolio to achieve business targets
• Conducting performance evaluations and recommending staff development, training, and personnel movements
• Reviewing, approving, overriding, and signing transactions and operational documents within authorized limits
• Approval of account opening, account closure, and withdrawal transactions in accordance with existing policies
• Acting as authorized signatory for branch transactions, issued checks, and operational approvals
• Preparation, monitoring, and submission of accurate and timely branch operational reports
• Monitoring branch budget performance versus actual targets and operational goals
• Evaluating branch financial statements and operational performance
• Recommending branch maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements when necessary
• Oversight of stop payment orders (SPO), account reactivation, and check tagging/lifting processes
• Leading monthly branch meetings and participating in BOG meetings with Executive Office

Who You Are

• A strong operations leader with experience in banking operations and branch management
• Skilled in operational supervision, client servicing, and people management
• Knowledgeable in BSP regulations, banking compliance, and operational controls
• Results-oriented with experience in loans, d eposits, and branch business development
• Effective in handling client concerns, operational issues, and day-to-day branch challenges
• Preferably a graduate of Accounting, Banking and Finance, or any Business-related course
• With at least three (3) years of relevant experience in banking operations and one (1) year in supervisorial role
