Reporting To: HOD R T Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. KYC processing
• 2. Acceptance of Transactions
• 3. Transaction reporting in system
• 4. Coordinate with Registrar
• 5. Resolve queries from Investors/Distributor/Internal Team
• 6. Distributor empanelment and Queries
• 7. Branch MIS preparation
• 8. Administrative activity of Branch.

Education:

• 1. Graduate in any stream, NISM VA certified, well versed MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook.
• 2. Good in local language and English communication.

Competencies:

• 1. Encouraging Attitude, Positive in Relationship building.
• 2. Team player, someone who can work in collaborative work environment.
• 3. Effective communication with MFDs and Investors.
