Branch Operations Supervisor

The Branch Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities of the branch to ensure efficient, compliant, and customer-focused operations. The position supervises branch personnel, monitors inventory and documentation, ensures adherence to company policies and SOPs, supports sales and service activities, and addresses operational concerns to achieve branch targets and maintain high service standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or relevant branch operations experience.
• Experience in retail, dealership, motorcycle, automotive, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management, branch operations, and basic financial controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant business systems.
• Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily branch operations and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
• Monitor branch personnel performance, attendance, productivity, and work assignments.
• Ensure accurate inventory monitoring, documentation, and reconciliation of physical and system records.
• Monitor branch reports and ensure accurate and timely submission.
• Assist in monitoring branch expenses and proper use of company resources.
• Support sales and customer service activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address and resolve operational and customer concerns within established guidelines.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections and ensure proper implementation of 5S standards.
• Assist in employee coaching, training, performance monitoring, and development.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding branch operational requirements and concerns.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
