Branch Operations Supervisor

The Opportunity

We are looking for a sharp, adaptable Branch Operations Supervisor to serve as the operational backbone of our site. In this high-visibility role, you won't just manage daily routines, you will optimise site efficiency, lead through influence, and uphold rigorous operational standards in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Operational Excellence: Lead daily site operations with calm authority, navigating peak customer volumes and staffing shifts without breaking stride.
• Master Site Compliance: Own opening/closing protocols and secure inventory controls with uncompromising procedural discipline.
• Optimize Resources & Rostering: Apply strategic scheduling judgment to align site coverage seamlessly with field operational demands.
• Navigate Escalations: Act as the local decision-maker, knowing exactly when to solve problems on the ground and when to leverage formal channels to Fleet Management and Group Operations.
• Orchestrate Stakeholders & Vendors: Build seamless working relationships across non-reporting teams, external vendors, Facilities, Security, and IT to keep the site running flawlessly.
• Deliver Customer & Business Impact: Protect the customer experience, resolve complex issues, and track branch metrics to exceed key performance targets.

• Unshakable Composure: Proven track record of staying poised, making sound calls, and prioritizing effectively under high-volume pressure.
• Track Record: 5+ years of supervisory experience in branch operations, retail, or service environments, backed by a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Operational Discipline: A detail-oriented mindset with deep respect for compliance, site safety, and roster optimization.
• Tech & Communication Savvy: Proficient in MS Office and branch management platforms, paired with strong communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
