Branch Operations Support Department Head

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations reviews, audit findings, and corrective action plans.
• Monitor operational risks, exceptions, and branch performance.
• Manage fraud investigations and coordinate the resolution of operational irregularities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely submission of reports.
• Coordinate with branches and Head Office units to address operational concerns and improve processes.
• Recommend policy enhancements, process automation, and centralization initiatives to improve branch efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• At least five (5) years of experience in a bank or financial institution.
• Good knowledge of branch banking products, services, and operations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
