Role & responsibilities

1. Customer Engagement-

• Build and maintain relationships with customers.

• Proactively engage customers for payments and resolve queries.

2. Collections Management-

• Manage portfolio of customers for timely payments.

• Identify potential delinquencies and take action.

3. Payment Solutions-

• Offer flexible payment options and negotiate settlements.

• Ensure customer commitment to payment plans.

4. Documentation & Follow-up-

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and agreements.

• Follow up on payments and escalate overdue cases.

5. Customer Retention-

• Address customer concerns and improve satisfaction.

• Collaborate with sales team for cross-sell opportunities
