Branch Relationship Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Sell SBI credit cards to walk-in bank customers.
• Explain card features, rewards, EMI, cashback, and offers.
• Generate new customer leads through branch references and field activities.
• Help customers complete application forms and KYC documents.
• Maintain good relationships with branch staff and customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and incentives.
• Follow up on pending applications and approvals.
• Provide customer support for basic card-related queries.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM systems.

Preferred candidate profile

• 12th pass or graduate.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Sales experience preferred (banking, insurance, telecom, loan, or credit card sales).
• Freshers may also apply in some locations.
• Comfortable with field work and target-based job.
• Local language + Hindi/English preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
