Branch Relationship Head - Bandra

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 57 Relationship Managers.
• Drive growth in liabilities, fee income, and portfolio quality.
• Mentor and coach RMs to deliver superior customer experience.
• Monitor customer portfolio performance across NTB and ETB segments.
• Improve customer acquisition, retention, and wallet share.
• Drive cross-selling of banking, investment, and wealth products.
• Ensure effective customer engagement and adherence to sales processes.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Branch Heads and business partners to achieve business objectives.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of Relationship Managers.

Eligibility

• Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized university.
• 5-10 years of experience in Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Relationship Management, or Liabilities Sales.
• Prior experience in team handling and portfolio management preferred.
• Strong leadership, customer relationship, and sales management skills
