Job Description

We are hiring Branch Relationship Managers (BRM) for a leading bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, relationship management, portfolio growth, and investment advisory services for CASA and HNI clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers and increase portfolio book size.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate new business and customer referrals.
• Cross-sell and upsell banking products, asset products, and digital banking services.
• Activate digital wealth management and investment solutions.
• Understand clients' investment needs and provide suitable investment solutions.
• Manage customer portfolios and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Handle customer queries and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Provide market feedback on new products, pricing, and competitor activities.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in CASA, HNI, Wealth Management, or Banking Sales.
• Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
• Good communication and sales abilities.
• Ability to achieve business and revenue targets.
