Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations, including sales performance, customer service, and team handling.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue through cross selling, upselling, and team management.
• Oversee daily activities of the branch office to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to optimize branch performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-7 years of experience in retail banking or related field.
• Proven track record in managing teams and driving business growth through effective communication skills.
• Strong understanding of financial products such as credit cards, loans, deposits etc. .
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks effectively.
