BRANCH RETAIL SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support Branch Retail Specialists (Merchandisers) while monitoring attendance, field activities, territory coverage, and performance to achieve merchandising and sales objectives.
• Ensure the proper execution of merchandising standards, planograms, promotional activities, and retail compliance across assigned outlets.
• Conduct regular store visits to evaluate product availability, display quality, pricing accuracy, and overall merchandising execution.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and other departments to address inventory and merchandising concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel and retail partners to support business objectives.
• Prepare and submit merchandising, field activity, and performance reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or any related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in retail, merchandising, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Willing to conduct regular field work and travel within the assigned territory.
• Results-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
