Branch Sales Associate (Cebu)

About the role

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a dynamic and energetic Branch Sales Associate to join our retail operations in Pagadian City. This is a contract position that offers an exciting opportunity to represent our brand whilst driving sales across multiple locations. As a Sales Associate member, you will be the face of Asticom Technology Inc, engaging directly with customers and promoting our products with enthusiasm and professionalism. This role is crucial to our retail strategy, as you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and building strong customer relationships throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct roving promotional activities across assigned territories and retail locations within Cebu City and surrounding areas
• Present and demonstrate Asticom Technology Inc products to potential customers in an engaging and informative manner
• Generate sales leads and convert them into completed transactions, maintaining accurate records of all sales activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their enquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis
• Promote brand awareness and gather valuable customer feedback to inform future marketing and product development initiatives
• Maintain a professional appearance and conduct that reflects the standards and values of Asticom Technology Inc
• Collaborate with retail partners and internal teams to ensure consistent product availability and promotional materials
• Report daily on sales performance, customer interactions and market observations to management

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in retail sales, direct sales or a customer-facing role within the retail and consumer products sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers at all levels
• Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• High level of motivation and self-discipline, with the ability to work independently whilst roving across territories
• Physical fitness and willingness to spend extended periods on foot conducting promotional activities
• Knowledge of technology products and consumer electronics is highly desirable
• Flexibility and adaptability to work varying hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
• A valid driver's licence or reliable transportation to move between locations
• Proficiency in using mobile devices and basic computer systems for sales reporting and data entry
