Branch Sales Manager

Key Focus Areas:
Drive Business Development & Sales Growth across:
Oil & Gas | Power | Process Industries | Material Handling | Infrastructure
Identify and develop large projects, tenders and strategic opportunities.
Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry stakeholders.
Lead pre-qualification, EOI, proposals, commercial offers and tender submissions.
Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis and develop a strong prospect & opportunity pipeline.
Represent the organization at exhibitions, conferences, seminars and industry forums.
Collaborate with internal business units and regional teams to convert strategic opportunities.
Lead, mentor and manage the branch sales/business development team.

What Were Looking For
10 to 15 years of Industrial Sales / Business Development experience
Strong exposure to Oil & Gas, Power, Process, Material Handling or Infrastructure sectors
Proven track record in project sales, consultative selling and large opportunity conversion
Strong network with industrial clients, EPCs, consultants and key decision-makers
Strong Go-to-Market mindset with the ability to convert relationships into business
Leadership capability with strong commercial and market understanding
