About the role

City Savings Bank is seeking a dedicated Branch Service Associate to join our team in Luna Apayao. This is a full-time position based at our branch location, where you will be at the heart of delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. As a Branch Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our branch, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and trust. Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service at the teller counter, processing deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions accurately and efficiently
• Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and general banking services
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions in compliance with banking regulations
• Welcome customers and direct them to appropriate services or staff members to address their banking needs
• Process loan applications, fund transfers, and other customer requests with attention to detail
• Promote City Savings Bank products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to enhance their banking experience
• Support branch staff with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and general office duties
• Maintain a clean, organised and secure branch environment in accordance with company policies
• Comply with all banking regulations, anti-money laundering procedures, and branch security protocols

What we're looking for

• A graduate in finance or business studies are advantageous
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or banking is preferred but not essential for motivated candidates
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers
• Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail, particularly when handling financial transactions
• Proficiency in using computer systems and point-of-sale software; willingness to learn new banking systems
• Reliability and punctuality with the ability to work flexible hours including potential weekend shifts
• Honest, trustworthy character with a strong commitment to confidentiality and data protection
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with genuine enthusiasm for helping people
