Branch Service Associate (Reliever)

Branch Service Associate (Reliever for 3 months)

Provide temporary support in branch operations. The role involves handling financial transactions, administrative tasks, and customer servicing to ensure smooth branch activities during staff absences.

Responsibilities:

• Handle payments, receipts, and petty cash/operating funds
• Encode, transmit, and mail applications/documents to Head Office
• Provide policy servicing and financing for DEPED accounts
• Act as custodian of company checks, funds, and properties
• Prepare reports, inventories, and transmittals (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Represent the company at DEPED Regional Office and assist agents/branch manager
• Process business permits, record and file documents
• Perform other customer service and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business-related course (Accounting, Finance, Management, etc.)
• With experience in cash handling and administrative work preferred
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
