Branch Service Associate (Reliever)

The Reliever for the Branch Service Associate (BSA) provides coverage during maternity leave, vacation or sick leave, and resignation. This role offers temporary support in branch operations by handling financial transactions, performing administrative tasks, and delivering customer service to ensure smooth branch activities during staff absences.

Responsibilities:

• Handle payments, receipts, and petty cash/operating funds
• Encode, transmit, and mail applications/documents to Head Office
• Provide policy servicing and financing for DEPED accounts
• Act as custodian of company checks, funds, and properties
• Prepare reports, inventories, and transmittals (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Represent the company at DEPED Regional Office and assist agents/branch manager
• Process business permits, record and file documents
• Perform other customer service and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any business-related course (Accounting, Finance, Management, etc.)
• With experience in cash handling and administrative work preferred but not required
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
