Pendidikan minimal D3/S1
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang hospitality (spa, hotel, restoran, atau sejenis)
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Supervisor/Leader menjadi nilai tambah
Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan team management yang baik
Mampu mengelola operasional outlet secara menyeluruh
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan problem solving yang baik
Target oriented dan mampu bekerja dengan KPI
Memiliki kemampuan analisa laporan operasional & keuangan dasar
