Branch Supervisor

Kal Tire Mining Tire Group are seeking a hands-on Branch Supervisor to join our Kalgoorlie team. This role is ideal for someone from a tyre fitting or mining background who enjoys leading teams, mentoring others, and driving safe, efficient branch operations.

About the Role

Based in Kalgoorlie, this is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support the Branch Manager in delivering safe, efficient, and high-performing operations.

You’ll lead from the front—working closely with the team across workshop and service operations while helping drive branch performance, safety standards, and customer satisfaction.

This is a day shift only FIFO role (flights covered) or open to local candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead, mentor and support workshop and branch employees
• Drive a strong safety culture across all operations
• Assist with day-to-day branch operations including tyre servicing, stock and equipment
• Support operational planning to maximise productivity and efficiency
• Build strong customer relationships and provide quality service
• Assist with inventory, invoicing and general branch administration
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the branch
• Support and develop team members through coaching and training

What You Bring:

• Previous experience as a Tyre Fitter within mining, heavy vehicle or commercial environments
• Leadership, Leading Hand or Supervisory experience highly regarded
• Ideal opportunity for a senior Tyre Fitter wanting to progress into management
• Strong understanding of tyre maintenance and safe work practices
• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Experience with stock control and branch operations advantageous
• A proactive attitude and commitment to safety and teamwork
