About the role
● Duties and responsibilities of the Branch Supervisor include, but are not limited to:
- Checking the Daily Sales Report
- Checking the Daily Postings/Updates
- Checking Daily Bank/Cash Transactions
- Checking weekly schedules
- Overseeing day-to-day operations
- Monitoring stock inventory
- Ensuring that sales targets are achieved in the assigned branch
- Boost employees’ productivity
- Enforcing company policies and ensuring that sanctions are implemented
- Preparing and submitting monthly reports
- Preparing payroll for branch employees
- Processing cheque payments for monthly billing such as Statement of Account and Internet
- Coordinating and collaborating with mall administration.
