Duties

• Supervise daily branch activities, including cash handling, loan processing, and customer transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with banking policies.
• Lead and motivate a team of banking professionals by coaching on sales techniques, customer relationship management, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive sales initiatives through upselling retail products, and financial solutions that meet client needs.
• Manage client relationships by providing personalized service, resolving issues promptly, and fostering long-term loyalty.
• Oversee compliance with industry standards for fraud prevention and detection, ensuring secure transactions at all times.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote branch services, increase community engagement, and expand the customer base.
