BRANCH SUPERVISOR

About the role

The Drop Point Supervisor is the front person in Drop Points. Perform various administrative duties including report preparation, monitoring of pick-up packages, inventory and maintenance of office machines and J & T Express branches. He set daily goals in compliance with J & T Express plans of performance and deadlines, and communicates the same to the Admin staff and Sprinters.

Key responsibilities

• Inspects the CCTV every day to ensure that it is online and perfectly working
• Monitors the attendance of all Drop Point employees, which includes absences, tardiness, and leaves
• Reports to area HR the employee location AWOL or resignations
• Devises ways to speed up operations in Drop Point
• Motivate/Coach employees
• Coordinates the collaboration of each personnel in Drop Point
• Does regular weekly meeting for resolving problems such as pending VIP and Shopee pick-up
• Regularly does the Drop Point situation report for submission to the Area Manager
• Maintains good relationship with clients and VIP accounts
• Organizes daily workflow and ensure that Branch Admins and Sprinters understand their duties/tasks

About you

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• With at least 3 years experience in related field
• Strong background in Logistics Operations or E-Commerce
• Good computer skills and knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
• Healthy and physically active
• Great attention to detail
• Can supervise a team of at least 10 personnel
