Branch Tenant Partner

Key Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned tenants, fostering long-term, collaborative, and positive business partnerships.
• Data-Driven Consulting: Analyze tenant sales reports, foot traffic data, and market trends to provide actionable business insights and growth recommendations to tenants.
• Performance Optimization: Collaborate with tenants to improve their storefront presentation, inventory alignment, and overall business strategies to maximize revenue.
• Service Quality Assurance: Ensure tenants maintain the shopping center’s high service standards and operational guidelines to deliver an exceptional shopper experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Leasing teams to execute joint promotional campaigns, mall events, and tenant onboarding/offboarding.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively address tenant feedback, operational challenges, and conflicts with a win-win problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Tenant Relations, Retail Operations, Shopping Center Management, Commercial Leasing, Account Management, or a related business field.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Analytical Skills & Data Literacy: Strong capability to read, interpret, and present data. Comfortable working with sales metrics and retail KPIs to drive business decisions.

• Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to connect effectively with diverse business owners and stakeholders.

• Service Mind: A passionate customer-centric mindset with a strong dedication to supporting partners and solving problems effectively.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations).
