Ang Salandanan Kitchenette ay isang small restaurant na kilala sa Laguna, lalo na sa Facebook, dahil sa kanilang masasarap na lutong Pinoy tulad ng dinuguan, kare-kare, litson manok, at marami pang iba.

As the business continues to grow and expand, mas marami pang customers ang gustong pagsilbihan ng Salandanan Kitchenette. Kaya mahalaga ang pagkakaroon ng mga taong mapagkakatiwalaan, responsable, at willing mag-grow kasama ng business.

Sa Salandanan Kitchenette, bawat employee ay may mahalagang role sa pagpapanatili ng quality ng pagkain, magandang customer service, at maayos na daily operations habang sama-samang pinapalago ang negosyo.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with branches and franchisees regarding orders and operational concerns.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Provide operational support and guidance to branches.
• Monitor and report branch performance to the General Manager.
• Conduct branch visits and follow up on operational issues.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Management, Operations Management, HRM, or related course.
• At least 1 year of experience in the food or restaurant industry.
• Strong communication, coordination, and people management skills.
• Able to prepare reports and monitor branch performance.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to travel for branch visits when needed.
