BRANCH/OPERATONS MANAGER

We are seeking dedicated Operations/Branch Managers to oversee daily operations and enhance the patient experience at our centers in ISEC Muar & Batu Pahat

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily clinic operations and staff.
• Oversee the development and implementation of programs and policies for patient services, quality assurance, public relations, and departmental activities.
• Ensure the license is up to date and submit the license renewal documents to KKM at least 6 months before the expiry date.
• Participating in the development of the centre/department budget.
• Assist with recruitment, screening, and enrollment of personnel.
• Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures.
• Maintain and organise employee records.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct staff appraisals.
• Ensures staffing is appropriate for day-to-day operations.
• Ensures patient satisfaction, which includes resolving complaints and developing improvements to prevent recurrences.
• Ensures all basic facilities and equipment are well-maintained.
• Develop and implement a facility management program that includes preventive maintenance and life-cycle requirements.
• Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and industry codes.
• Respond to facility and equipment alarms and system failures.
• Working closely with medical staff (Doctors & Nurses) to ensure quality patient care and services are provided.
• Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations.
• Assist in compiling the monthly clinical census and submit it to the head of operations.
• Other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree Certification, which is relevant to the position.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience
• Past working experience in Healthcare services is an advantage
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate the team.
• Ability to multitask, a team player, results-oriented, honest, and punctual.
