Brandlete is a Philadelphia-based sales and leadership development company. Businesses hire us to build their customer acquisition teams from the ground up, and we do it face-to-face: real conversations, real relationships, real results, not a call script read off a screen in a call center.

We're looking for a Brand Activation Assistant to join that team. You'll be one of the first faces people see when our clients' brands show up in the market, supporting live activations, sparking conversations, and helping turn interest into real customer relationships. You don't need a marketing or sales background. You need to show up, be coachable, and be willing to get better every single day; the rest is something we train.

What you'll actually be doing

• Supporting face-to-face brand activations on behalf of our clients: setup, presence, and direct engagement with the public
• Sparking conversations with potential customers and introducing them to the brand you're representing, clearly and honestly
• Working alongside experienced reps to learn our structured customer acquisition process from the ground up
• Logging engagement results daily and reviewing them with a coach so you know exactly what's working and what isn't
• Taking part in daily training sessions built around real scenarios from the field, not generic marketing theory
• Building toward specializing in either customer acquisition or coaching/leadership, depending on where your strengths show up

What we're looking for

• Curiosity, resilience, and a genuine willingness to improve; we care more about attitude than background
• Comfortable approaching and starting conversations with people you've never met
• Able to take feedback well and apply it (this is the single biggest predictor of success here)
• Reliable, on time, and able to commute to our Philadelphia office and activation locations daily
• No degree or prior marketing/sales experience required

Compensation & growth

Typical pay consists of $850–$1,000 a week to start (that's $41,900–$52,000 a year), paid out weekly, including uncapped commission. Progression here is based on merit, not seniority: the value you create determines how fast you move, not how long you've been here. Over 30 of our current business leaders were promoted from entry-level roles just like this one, through the same structured coaching path you'd be starting on.
