Brand Activation Assistant - Stage (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Support agency coordination: Manage day-to-day communication with PR, community and production agencies, as well as external partners.
• Media and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) list management: Build, update and maintain press and KOL databases.
• Stock management: Oversee product sample inventory, place orders and ensure proper logistics.
• Event support: Assist with the planning and operational execution of regular events, including guest list management and supplier coordination.
• Performance reporting: Compile and track performance reports on PR, KOL engagement and brand activations.
• Trend research: Monitor cultural, fashion and digital trends to inform strategic recommendations.
• Special project support: Ensure smooth logistical coordination across internal and external teams.

Your Experience And Competencies

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree (4th/5th year) in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
• Previous internship experience in PR, KOL marketing, events or brand activation is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
• Fluent in French & English
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Being comfortable with Pack Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and familiar with Google Drive
• Passionate about culture, community building, storytelling, and branding.
