Scope of work:

• Systematically support & coordinate of event team daily operation, including related paperwork, contract, PO in M3, payment, monthly phasing rolling update, event inventory management, filing etc. and also general marketing administration.
• Manage in-events guest hospitality and logistic arrangement, preparation of guest event scheduling consolidation & gifting solutions, liaison with contractor & third party vendor.
• Assist Brand Activation team for high quality implementation including mega events, client experience, global visitors’ programs, AP house activation etc. during preliminary planning stage, vendor coordination to on-site execution support.
• Conduct competitor tracking intelligence cross over the team and submit the monthly report on-time.
• Other tasks delegated by line manager or other management.

This Role will report to Senior Brand Activation Manager directly.

Responsibilities:

• Project executional capabilities, implement and communicate effectively with internal and external parties about all events, Liaise with all partners, such as event agency, production house, and other agencies. Control and evaluate their quality and performance.
• Handling all contract and paperwork procedures for all events and daily operation for the team, and follow up strictly on project retro- planning.
• Implement cross function communication & coordination in house activations, coop with retail team to enhance guest experience, prospect recruitment and collect brand’s customer database.
• Meticulous with strict attention to details, strong self-motivation & quick learner.

Qualification & Experience & Skills required

• Proactive working attitude, logic thinking, multi-task efficiency, constructive way of working, good communication skills, problem solving capability are highly requested.
• Constructive way of working and data accuracy, patient in details is highly requested.
• Solid experience in marketing & events in luxury industry or related industry at least 3 years
• Strong PowerPoint skills and use of graphics, good judgement on presentation logic and numbers.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Mandarin as a must.
