Join our Brand Engagement team to shape meaningful experiences that strengthen brand equity and build lasting connections with Legal Age Nicotine Users (LANU).

Impact You'll Own

• Strengthen brand equity and consumer loyalty through meaningful engagement across experiential channels.
• Deliver consistent brand storytelling and visual identity across consumer touchpoints.
• Expand relevant brand reach through strategic partnerships, influencers, media, and events.
• Improve engagement effectiveness using LANU feedback, performance data, and market trends.
• Maximize the impact and efficiency of brand engagement investments.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement brand engagement strategies across experiential and digital channels.
• Create compelling brand content across social media, traditional media, blogs, videos, and digital assets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align brand engagement, customer experience, and commercial strategies.
• Use LANU feedback and engagement data to continuously improve activation plans.
• Build and manage relationships with influencers, media outlets, agencies, and strategic partners.
• Plan and activate owned and third-party events, including launches, trade shows, festivals, and community activities.
• Manage brand investments, contracts, partnerships, and the LAMP network to maximize impact and resource efficiency.

Skills & Capabilities

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand building, consumer activation planning, and execution.
• Strong brand strategy and consumer engagement capabilities.
• Experience in content development and multi-channel amplification.
• Event planning, contracting, execution, and partner management skills.
• Ability to analyze consumer feedback and brand engagement data.
• Strategic thinking and effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Commercial awareness and disciplined brand investment management.
• Ability to identify relevant consumer, industry, and competitor trends.
