■About the Position

Responsible for developing and executing B2C brand activation strategies, leading multi-channel campaigns, coordinating with global/APAC teams, and driving customer loyalty.

■Job Responsibilities

・Develop and execute annual B2C brand activation strategies and campaign rollouts.

・Spearhead key marketing initiatives including CRM, social media, and influencers.

・Direct media and creative agencies to deliver unified high-end brand experiences.

・Align local marketing strategies with global and regional frameworks and insights.

・Monitor campaign KPIs and deliver regular performance updates to stakeholders.

・Adapt and create localized brand assets following global guidelines.

■Requirements:

・5+ years of experience in B2C marketing (FMCG or Cosmetics industry).

・Experience working in a multi-national environment with professional English proficiency.

・Solid knowledge of digital marketing, analytics tools (GA/AA), and CMS platforms.

・Proven track record in agency management and leading cross-functional teams.

・Experience conducting consumer research and executing full-funnel strategies.

8,000,000 JPY – 12,000,000 JPY
