What You'll Do:

• The Brand Admin – Logistics provides administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth brand operations. This role involves coordinating deliveries, managing inventory and documents, and supporting marketing and brand-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate logistics for brand materials, events, and promotions
• Monitor inventory of marketing collaterals and supplies
• Prepare, process, and maintain logistics and administrative documents
• Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams regarding deliveries and schedules
• Assist in purchase requests, delivery tracking, and cost monitoring
• Provide administrative support to the Brand and Marketing team
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the immediate superior

What You Bring to the Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• With experience in administrative, logistics, or brand support roles (preferred but not required).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work on flexible schedules and assist in field or event-related tasks when needed.
