Brand Ambassador

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic Brand Ambassador to join MW Infinity in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in representing and promoting our brand to target audiences. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of MW Infinity, embodying our brand values and building meaningful connections with potential customers. Your role is essential in driving brand awareness, customer engagement and sales growth across key markets.

What you'll be doing

• Represent the MW Infinity brand at trade shows, events, product launches and promotional activities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders to enhance brand reputation
• Engage with customers and prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
• Communicate brand messaging effectively, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints
• Generate leads and convert prospects into loyal customers through persuasive sales techniques
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute brand campaigns
• Gather market feedback and customer insights to inform product and marketing strategies
• Attend networking events and industry functions to expand brand presence and visibility
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities for reporting purposes
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators as set by management

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales, business development or brand representation roles, ideally within a similar industry
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Confidence, charisma and natural ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with team members
• Knowledge of MW Infinity products or similar offerings is advantageous
• Flexible and adaptable approach to working in dynamic and fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas
• Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business or a related field is preferred
