Brand Ambassador

Key Responsibilities

• Represent wireless products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend the most appropriate solutions.
• Demonstrate wireless devices, accessories, and promotional offers.
• Educate customers on product features, pricing, and available promotions.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Accurately complete sales transactions and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining attractive product displays and a well-organized retail environment.
• Stay informed on new product launches, promotions, and industry developments.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily business operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, hospitality, or brand promotions is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work on-site.
