Duties

• Actively promote products and brand messaging through in-person interactions at retail stores, events, and promotional venues
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits
• Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service, answering questions, and addressing concerns with professionalism
• Manage social media accounts by sharing event updates, product highlights, and engaging content to broaden brand reach
• Collect valuable data during events and customer interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts
• Represent the brand confidently during public speaking engagements and community events to enhance visibility
• Handle sales transactions, including promoting products, managing objections, and closing sales effectively

Experience

MUST BE PHOTOGENIC

• Previous food service experience or roles involving direct customer interaction is highly valued for understanding customer needs and delivering excellent service
• Experience in event marketing or promotional campaigns demonstrating the ability to engage diverse audiences
• Strong data collection skills for capturing insights during events or customer interactions
• Bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with a broader demographic are a plus
• Proven skills in social media management, content creation, and digital engagement strategies
• Knowledge of retail store product details and technical proficiency with marketing tools or POS systems
• Exceptional communication skills, including public speaking and client communication experience, to confidently represent the brand in various settings

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
