Job Summary

We are looking for energetic, well-groomed and customer-oriented individuals to represent our property brand at the Sales Gallery. The successful candidate will create a welcoming first impression, engage visitors and support the sales team in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all visitors professionally.
• Create a warm and positive first impression of the Sales Gallery.
• Assist visitors with registration and direct them to the sales consultants.
• Maintain a neat, elegant and professional appearance at all times.
• Assist during launches, VIP events and promotional activities.
• Serve refreshments when required.
• Support the sales team with general customer service duties.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

• Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, or customer service is an advantage.

• Cabin crew experience is preferred.

• Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills.

• Professional and well-groomed appearance

• Confident, friendly and approachable.

• Able to work weekends and public holidays.

• 5.5 days per week.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

• Preferable height 1.65m
